We were frustrated by the sheer number of folks who want to buy, but can’t qualify for loans from banks. There’s tons of great homes just sitting vacant! Sellers want to sell, and buyers want to buy… but no banks will help!

That’s why we took action, and started Grizzly Home Buyers, LLC.

We help ensure that homes around Denver stay occupied – with people who will care for their community.

We want to make sure our community can grow and stay healthy.

Our Team

 Owner: Jim Tiernan

Jim has been investing in real estate since 2008. He currently owns property in the Denver and Chicago areas. He is a member of Investment Community of the Rockies (ICOR). He grew up in the Chicago area, graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1987 with a degree in Computer Science. He has called Denver home since 1995. He enjoys camping, backpacking, snowboarding, fly fishing and playing hockey. He is also a member of the Dawg Nation Hockey Foundation.
